The weekend rental fee for Friday-Sunday will include all access to the retreat (max occupancy to be added soon), the venue, outdoor ceremony grounds, saltwater beach walkup pool, and hot tub, up to 150 outdoor ceremony chairs, up to 150 chairs with ten, 60 inch round tables and eight 8 ft buffet tables. Three different wood arch options and a 7 ft moveable bar. The venue can accommodate up to 200 seated.
Do we have to utilize your caterers and bar service?
The weekend rental fee for Friday-Sunday will include all access to the retreat (max occupancy to be added soon), the venue, outdoor ceremony grounds, saltwater beach walkup pool, and hot tub, up to 150 outdoor ceremony chairs, up to 150 chairs with ten, 60 inch round tables and eight 8 ft buffet tables with linens. Three different wood arch options and a 7 ft moveable bar. The venue can accommodate up to 250 seated.
Can you rent just the venue?
The option to only rent the venue is not available. When you rent the property you have access to the retreat and venue. Venue can be rented separately only during Christmas for business parties.
Is there a deposit? When are the initial payments due? Do you offer a payment plan?
When your contract is signed, to reserve your date, we require a non-refundable retainer fee of $3,000. Six months before your event (unless other arrangements have been discussed due to the shorter time before the event), 50% of your balance will be due. The total balance must be paid three months before the event. All fees are non-refundable. You can send smaller or partial payments of any amount before your due date if you choose. Full payment will be due on a specific date in your contract. We also require a credit card on file for any damages to the venue, property, or grounds. This card will not be charged unless you have been notified.
